At Centred Personal Growth we tailor our service for the individual based on presenting needs and initial assessment. This enables clients to schedule appointments according to their convenience.
We peg the cost for individual sessions against comparable medical aid rates and sessions are paid for upfront. We are contracted by medical aid societies for eligible clinical psychological services. However, clients have to confirm with their medical aid on claimable consultations. We can assist with information for queries with the medical aid where applicable.
Personal renewal
Our Personal Renewal and Growth programme is unique. The offering combines, seamlessly, life coaching, brain training and psychosocial (cognitive-behavioural) training for professionals and executives embarking on renewal, revitalisation and on-going personal growth.
The Centred Personal Growth (CPG) practice prides itself in having board certified (HPCSA registered) clinical and neuropsychologists provide the service. The programme is located at our offices in Rentbel Towers in Pretoria Central and Embassy Building in Durban Central. Further, we have a residential option on an ecostate on the Dolphin coast.
Personal renewal is the process of bringing oneself more in line with one’s life purpose and values. In doing so, one sets the direction of progress in one’s life and continued enjoyment of the desired quality of life. We offer a programme aimed at enabling individuals plan and carry out personal renewal and further growth in their professional and private life utilising the latest approaches and technologies in life coaching, brain training as well as psychosocial and cognitive behavioural training.
The full programme is tailored for the individual and starts from R 30 000, depending on options desired by the client.

At CPG we offer Preoperative Counselling and Neurofeedback with the twin goals of enabling the individual and their loved ones to be ready for the operation as well as foster early postoperative mobilisation and smooth recovery. We work within the preoperative care parametres determined by the surgical specialists and their team members.
Our Postoperative Counselling and Neurofeedback focuses on psychosocial reintegration of the individual in family and work or vocational life.

Our Special Programme for Fertility Clinic Clients provides counselling support regarding infertility as well as readiness for alternatives to parenthood that individuals may wish to consider.
Specific to available options, we specialise in counselling for surrogacy arrangements. This includes traditional and gestational surrogacy arrangements. We complement the work of, and are guided by parametres set by fertility experts for the individual needs of the client.
We support the legal process of surrogacy by assessing clients for readiness and providing medico-legal reports where attorneys instruct in a surrogacy matter.
